PRESS RELEASE: Chuck Chang becomes a star and accepts a leading role in Los Angeles!

QEI is pleased to announce the promotion of Chuck Chang to the position of Vice President. Chuck is a Registered Professional Engineer (PE) in State of California and has over 25 years’ experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control and Construction Management on major transportation projects in regional transit areas throughout California. He currently serves as the QA Manager for the design-build Contractor on the Metro Crenshaw / LAX Transit Corridor project in Los Angeles.

QA Lead Auditor for Quality Oversight of design-builder’s QA/QC program (design and construction phases) on the Metro Exposition II Light Rail Project
QA Engineer on Metro design-build light rail line (Pasadena Gold Line)
Office engineer for Altamont Commuter Express (ACE) project consisting of six commuter train stations located between Stockton and San Jose, California
QA Engineer for BATC, on BART’s SFO Extension, a $670M DB project which brought BART to the San Francisco Airport
QA/QC Engineer for the BART Dublin/Pleasanton Extension
Caltrans QC Oversight Engineer for Toll Road/Foothill Transportation Corridor, Orange County, California
